Refund Policy: No refunds after 14 days from purchase date.
Items Not Refundable: Rug Frames, Rug Kits, Patterns, or cut wool
Please email me immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in original state and packaging to get a full refund. When items are received in store, a store check will be mailed to you for your total purchase. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
