Payment is due at time of purchase. Your personal information will not be sold or given to anyone. I accept all major credit cards for online orders or purchases in the Retail Store.

Telephone Orders

If you wish to place your order via telephone, please call the store (507-413-0130). I do accept personal checks for store orders. Your purchase will be mailed out when I receive your check. 

I will accept credit card payments for telephone orders. In order to accept credit cards for a telephone order, a 3.9% Merchant Service Fee will be added to the total purchase, for the manual credit card entry on my purchase system.


US Residents:

Shipping Rates are based on current shipping rates via USPS or UPS, weight , size of package and distance. Refunds will be included (by check) with your shipment if it is determined by Management that you were over-charged for shipping. Most items purchased online will ship within 5-10 business days. If there are any delays in shipping, you will be notified via email.

International Shipping:

No International Shipping

Refunds & Returns

No refunds after 14 days from purchase date. Items Not Refundable:  Dyed Wool, Rug Frames, Rug Kits or Patterns. Please email me immediaely if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be approved by me prior to sending back to store. Items must be in original state and packaging to get a full refund (less 15% Restocking Charge) within 14 days of purchase. 

When items are received in Store, a store check will be mailed to you for your total purchase less 15% Restocking Charge. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
